Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GymBooster mobile application and related services provided by Allan Hirose / Hirose Tech ("we", "us", or "Developer").

By downloading, installing, or using GymBooster, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the application.

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use GymBooster.
• If you authenticate with Google Sign-In or email, you agree to maintain the security of your credentials and provide accurate information.
• You may also use the application in Guest Mode without account registration, keeping all data stored locally on your device.

2. Software License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GymBooster on your personal mobile devices for personal, non-commercial fitness tracking purposes.

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the app;
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or rent any portion of the service;
• Use automated scrapers, bots, or unauthorized APIs to extract application data.

3. GymBooster Premium Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

GymBooster offers optional premium auto-renewing subscriptions ("GymBooster Premium") unlocking cloud photo backups, detailed performance analytics, and an ad-free experience.

3.1. Billing and Automatic Renewal

• Subscriptions and purchases are billed directly through your Google Play Account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly/annual) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.

3.2. Cancellation & Refunds

• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Google Play Store > Profile Icon > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
• Refund requests are processed according to Google Play’s official refund policies. Cancelling prevents subsequent billing while preserving PRO access for the duration of the paid period.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in GymBooster, including application design, logos, user interface assets, animations, database schemas, and codebase, belong exclusively to Allan Hirose / Hirose Tech.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GYMBOOSTER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR HEALTH-RELATED DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Developer's domicile, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
